Fresh Flavours

This ain’t no ordinary gelato. We make it from the ground up with all natural ingredients.

lnspired by what’s growing, places we’ve been, and the lush natural tastes of the Central Coast (via Italy of course!)

Our unique natural flavour combinations are precisely formulated so beautiful and delicate taste meets smooth and creamy texture. In a word, yum.

Our lush sorbet is 100% vegan and dairy-free.

Our gelato and sorbet is naturally preservative-free, fully pasteurised, and does not contain egg, nuts or gluten.

A few biscuit and cake flavours contain gluten and are marked with an * on the menu.

Scoops up.

TASTING NOTES

What is gelato? Isn’t it just a fancy Italian word for ice cream?

Non! As the name suggests, ice cream contains cream, usually from cows. Most ice cream contains 10%-20% butter fat, making it relatively high in fat. Gelato, traditionally made with milk only, has a lower percentage of fat. Because of this, gelato flavours are also more intense.

Lastly, gelato is served at a slightly warmer temperature than ice cream, so its texture stays silky and soft.

Let’s spoon.
